Kait Eterovic is one half of the creative team behind the Hummus Club, a pumping Perth restaurant putting Middle Eastern food on the map. Her and her Business Partner Ziad built this restaurant from the ground up... literally. They started as a market stall, while working 9 to 5 jobs as a Pharmacist and Engineer, before upgrading to a Pop Up Stall in Trinity Arcade when Kait dived full time into the business.
Her insight into the hospitality industry, building a team which she calls her family and communicating her vision to her customers as well as her team is truly inspiring. Her ability to tell the Hummus Club story through the socials is next level as she understand a restaurant isn't just about the food, it's about the community.
